THE LAWFUL REASON FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We follow the rules and therefore the protection of your personal data ("PII") is important to us. We process PI in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By giving consent to the processing of personal data on the portal www.mordorfitness.sk, you provide freely given, specific, informed consent and an unambiguous expression of the data subject's (buyer's) will in the form of an unambiguous confirmatory act within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as under the provisions of Act no. 18/2018 Z. z, of 29 November 2017 on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR and the LAW").

 

THE CONTROLLER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The controller of your personal data is the trading company Mordorfitness s. r. o,, with registered office at Kvašov 123, 020 62 Kvašov, ID No. 53412419 registration at the Municipal Court in Trenčín (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PD

The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller or the performance of measures by the controller prior to the conclusion of such a contract.

The first purpose for which we process your personal data is to receive and process your orders. To place an order it is essential that you fill in all the fields on the order form. Within the e-shop, they are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract, the processing of payment, the delivery of the product or service, or the performance of other related activities (such as complaints and other ), concluded via www.mordorfitness.sk between the operator and you. To process your order, you have provided us with information such as your first name, last name, address, email, phone number and your payment details. Without this information, your order cannot be processed. An order confirmation will be sent to your email, and is also used to track the status of your order.

Marketing - sending newsletters for marketing purposes, if you have given your consent to the operator by clicking on the box when placing an order. Marketing purposes also include sales promotion, marketing offers, newsletters, SMS information about products and news. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters by using the unsubscribe link in each email sent or by writing electronically to info@mordorfitness.sk. The controller processes the Personal Data on the basis of the data subject's consent (Art. 6/1/a GDPR and the LAW).

 

THIRD PARTIES

The recipients of your personal data will be freight forwarding companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or the performance of payments under a contract of sale.

 

UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

This e-shop is not directly addressed to persons under 16 years of age. The controller does not process personal data of persons under the age of 16. For each registration/login, the operator requires an affidavit from the buyer that he/she is at least 16 years of age. In connection with the offer of its services, the controller processes personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent lawfully if the data subject has reached the age of 16.

 

PROCESSING TIME

For the purpose of receiving and processing the order, your data will be processed until the order is fully processed, i.e. j. until the legal relations and other claims arising from the contractual relationship are fully settled and for at least a further 3 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship.

You have the following rights as a data subject in relation to the protection of personal data:

the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach or in breach of the Regulation, you have the right, among other things, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract with the operator.

the right to access your personal data, and to request a copy of your data

Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time and we will document within 30 days what personal data we are processing and why.

the right to object to the processing of data where the processing is based on a legitimate interest

the right to clarify, rectify, restrict processing or withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data

If anything changes or if any of your personal data is outdated or incomplete, you have the right under the GDPR to legally complete and amend your personal data. The right to restrict processing can be exercised if you believe that we are processing your data inaccurately, if you believe that we are processing unlawfully but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data relating to it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal; the buyer must be informed of this fact before consent is given. You also have the right to have the controller delete the personal data relating to it without undue delay for one of the following reasons:

  • if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
  • the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data for at least 1 specific purpose or the consent is invalid if its provision is excluded by a specific regulation,
  • the data subject objects to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of personal data or the data subject objects to the processing of personal data as it relates to direct marketing, including profiling,
  • personal data are processed illegally,
  • the reason for deletion is the fulfilment of an obligation under this act, a special regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound, or
  • personal data were obtained in connection with the offer of services to a person under the age of 16.

the right to data portability

If you, as a data subject, would like to transfer your personal data to another controller, you have the right to request access to them, similar to the exercise of the right to personal data, with the controller supplying them to you in machine-readable form.

 

OVERVIEW

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations and process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data and on amendment and supplementation of certain laws as valid and effective from 25.05.2018.

We declare that:

  • we will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or the consent given,
  • we comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before the processing of personal data begins,
  • we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

In accordance with § 55 para. 5 of the NRSR Act no. 351/2011 Z. z. on electronic communications, as amended, we would like to inform you about the use of cookies and draw your attention to the possibility of changing the settings of your internet browser in case you are not satisfied with the current settings for the use of cookies.
